Flower Still Life

The other day I was bored and decided to setup a still life in our foyer. I arranged the the hall table about three feet away from the wall. This limited the depth-of-field to the items on the table somewhat. The shot was taken with my Canon 5D and EF 50mm f/1.4 lens. Exposure was ISO 100, at f/4.0 and 1/15 second. Here is the basic shot with a little white and black point adjustment during the RAW conversion with ACR:

I took this image and used PhotoTools 2.6 Professional to apply some effects. Just playing around I ended up applying some grunge along with tea stain and warming effects. The result was this:

I’m not sure which one of these I like the most…. Let me know what your favorite is and why.
